Our client is seeking a Head of UK Sales to ensure that all third-party distribution channels in the UK meet or exceed sales budgets.
A background in soft furnishing or interiors would suit our client's industry.
You will manage and grow profitable sales and achieve the sales plan, manage key accounts, accurately forecast and plan, provide budget proposals, drive the marketing strategy in conjunction with the UK Merchandising Manager, and proactively manage the Sales Team, including development, setting KPIs, performance reviews, organisation of sales conferences and health and safety compliance. You will also provide personal support to our client's top 20 UK stockists, support and develop the UK Contracts Manager and proactively seek new ways of improving profitable sales.
Additionally, in conjunction with the UK Merchandising Manager, you will drive the marketing strategy for all third-party distribution channels, ensuring business goal achievement in a sustainable and creative manner; and monitor Customer Service, logistics and delivery performance and costs in the channels, identify issues and proactively ensure that they are addressed.
