A high calibre Health and Safety Advisor is sought to support the further development of our established policies and practices and to pro-actively drive a positive Health and Safety culture across the Royal Household. Working closely with colleagues and liaising with managers and external organisations, you will undertake inspections, prepare risk assessments, compile reports, coordinate training, design user-friendly documentation and identify current trends, systems and practices in Health and Safety.
Educated to degree level with a Health and Safety qualification (NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent) and some experience of working in the field, you will have strong organisation and communication skills, the ability to interact confidently with a range of colleagues, and a working knowledge of MS Office packages. Being responsible for a varied workload you will also have good time-management skills and be willing to make a positive contribution to a small team.
