In order to assist in the delivery of the teams work plan the post holder will:
·Develop and improve upon the performance management framework for specific service areas.
·Identify, collate, quality assure and summarise relevant performance datain order to produce accurate performance management reports and statutory data returns within strict timescales.
·Analyse data using high level spreadsheet and data base skills to identify trends and any other issues relevant to service managers. Includes the co-ordination of the work of one data analyst.
·Be pro-active in identifying key performance trends and be able to identify the causes and possible solutions to any emerging problems.
·Be proactive in identifying and analysing the potential impact of any external changes such as new government guidance or legislation, service changes etc
