IT Help Desk - Home Access Specialist (12 month contract)
As part of the Systemax group of companies our business is continually growing and we are looking to recruit a number Home Access Specialist. Home Access is a government drive to get more families using computers and the internet at home so everyone has the chance to learn more.
As a Home Access Specialist you will be tasked with the following:
·Provide pre-sales advice to Home Access customers, discussing the packages available and recommending the most suitable.
·Placing orders for Home Access customers
·Providing a customer service function to Home Access customer, including dealing queries and returns.
·Offering a level of technical support to home access customer, including set up and trouble shooting
·Working on rota system for Day, evenings and weekends
What we are looking for:
·Qualified to GCSE level or equivalent, preferably with a IT qualification
·Experience of working within a inbound sales/customer service environment
·The ability to translate technical information to customers with different levels of IT knowledge
·Strong customer service skills
