Are you an orginaised, efficient administrator with excellent customer service skills? Had experience working in Facilities Management? Then this is the job for you!

Our client currently manage a large and prestigious contract in Edinburgh City Centre and due to continued success, they are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator to join their busy team. Supporting the helpdesk team in distributing and managing Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive calls accross the contract, you will be responsible for logging calls, arranging for engineers and maintenance technicians to respond, and co-ordinating all relevant paperwork.

This is a role requiring high levels of organisational skills and efficiency, and you must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You must have worked in a similar Helpdesk role previously, and knowledge of the Facilities Management industry is highly desirable.
