Excellent opportunity for an experienced Helpdesk Operator in Aberdeen!
Due to recent contract wins, our client, a successful Facilities Management company, are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Helpdesk Administrator for their new contract in Aberdeen.
Working from a central location, you will be responsible for handling calls from various clients with requests for maintenance work, arranging for suitable engineers to undertake the work, and logging all relevant paperwork among other day to day admin duties.
We are looking for a candidate with prior knowledge and experience of the Facilities Management / Maintenance industry, excellent communication skills and a high level of administration and PC literacy. You must be a team player, with an organised and efficient work ethic.
