Contract Support / Helpdesk Operator- Herts - £20-£22K+Benefits - Immediate start
Our client is an established maintenance contractor with a portfolio of blue chip clientele. They require a Helpdesk Operator to work in their Stevenage office. The individual will be responsible for taking calls on the help desk and then ensuring maintenance tasks (PPM and reactive) are prioritised, distributed and coordinated in an efficient manner to the relevant engineering staff across a very prestigious contract. The individual will also be responsible in supporting the Contract Managers and general day to day administrative duties. Candidates ideally will have worked in a similar environment, be reliable and pro active. In return our client offers a competitive base salary and additional benefits.
Experience of CONCEPT or MAXIMO helpdesk systems
Knowledge of facilities management/building maintenance or engineering - Desirable
