Contract Support/Helpdesk Operator- Gatwick, East Sussex - £20-£22K+Benefits - Immediate start
Our client is an established maintenance contractor with a portfolio of blue chip clientele. They require a Helpdesk Operator to work in their Gatwick office. The individual will be responsible for taking calls on the help desk and then ensuring maintenance tasks (PPM and reactive) are prioritised, distributed and coordinated in an efficient manner to the relevant engineering staff across a number of contracts. The individual will also be responsible in assisting with contract costing, support to the Contract Managers and general day to day administrative duties. Candidates ideally will have worked in a similar environment and be reliable and pro active. In return our client offers a competitive base salary and additional benefits.
- Have Concept helpdesk experience
- Have General Office/admin experience - ideally with a facilities or maintenance contractor.
- Be Computer Literate in Word and Excel - Essential
- Have Good communication skills
- Be able to work on own initiative
