Helpdesk Support
Helpdesk Support candidate required with 1st/2nd line support experience.You will ideally have knowledge of a Microsoft environment and operating systems such as XP/2000/20003 etc.If you have dealt with such things as diagnostic's and IIS then this would be a bonus as would working knowledge of SQL server and experience of interrogating a database, although this is not essential.You must have excellent communication skills.For far more information on this role and company send your cv now.
