Are you seeking a new position within IT? Would you like to work for a reputable company where career progression is available? If so then we have a brilliant new position for you. Working for a modern, well established and forward thinking company our client requires a Helpdesk Technician to join the team. There is NO shift work involved with this role the hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm.

The skills and requirements for this position are:

Knowledge and experience in basic LAN and WAN support or an equivalent package
Knowledge of single server and cluster server networks
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills (telephone and written)
Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (experience of Windows Mobile an advantage)
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL would be an advantage
