Our client is a specialist distributor of rehabilitation devices to patients in their homes. They require a contract manager with excellent interpersonal skills to manage the day to day activities of one of their smaller branches in mid Wales. This is a hands on role requiring good planning and organisational skills and an in built belief in customer service. You will also require good financial skills to manage the P&L and control depot costs. It goes without saying that you will be reasonably IT literate.
Your previous experience may well be in express parcels our courier activities either as branch manager of a smaller branch or assistant manager of a larger branch. Alternatively you may have a background in a service industry as long as you have had hands on operational experience responsible for, for example, field engineers, operational franchisees etc.
