NURSING HOME MANAGER HENLEY ON THAMES, Oxford- RGN OR RMN NURSING HOME MANAGER OXFORD!
Eclypse Recruitment is currently looking for a experienced Nursing Home Manager for a 46 bedded nursing home in Oxford. This home provides Nursing & Social Care for frail elderly and mentally infirm. The home is part of a leading independent healthcare provider so the potential for career development is excellent for the right candidate.
We are looking for a Home Manager who is a Registered Nurse (this can be either General Nursing or Mental Health Nursing Qualification. The Home Manager must be a Registered Nurse who has previous nursing home management experience working in a similar sized Nursing Home.
The home is a 46 bedded nursing home so ideally due to the size of the home we are looking for someone who already has their LMA or RMA (Management Award) and has previous experience of working with CSCI / CQC!
The home is situated in Henley on Thames in Oxford and we are looking for someone who can develop long term with this client and maintain the profile of the home as it has an excellent reputation
The home is for elderly frail residents and mentally infirmed residents so a genuine commitment to care of the elderly is essential!!!!
Salary is circa £45,000 + an achievable bonus scheme and after probation a Pension and Healthcare scheme are available.
