REGISTERED HOME MANAGER FOR RESIDENTIAL HOME IN BATTLE EAST SUSSEX - £29k + FINAL SALARY PENSION!
Eclypse Recruitment are looking to recruit a residential home manager for a small care home in Battle East Sussex. The home is part of an excellent care home Charitable organisation which has a brilliant reputation within the market. We are looking for a person who is experienced in Elderly Care .
The home is lovely and just needs a strong manager who can take the home forward and increase CQC ratings similar to others in the group. This is a well equipped home with 33 beds and located in close proximity to the town centre.
We require the following:-
An experienced Residential Home Manager
Someone who has their Registered Managers Award and NVQ Level 4 in Management
A dedicated care manager who loves managing elderly care homes
Someone who understands CQC , what they require and how to work with them to get the best from the home
