We are currently looking for a Home Manager to work in a 20 bed nursing home providing continuing mental health care and rehabilitation for adults over 45 years old.
The home is purpose designed and situated near Wideopen in Newcastle and is easily accessible.
Service users are encouraged to live as independently and are encouraged to develop a lifestyle of their own choosing.
Home manager must be qualified to either NVQ4, RMA, RNLD, RMN or RGN. Experience in home management is preferred.
Duties will include all the day to day responsibilities of running the home, maintaining high standards of care at all times, recruiting and selecting support staff, staff rota and managing the home's finances.
The salary for this position is between £32,000 and £35,000 per year.
