Hospitality & Catering / Waiting & Bar Staff Experience Wanted
Since we’ve expanded into Norwich and broadened our portfolio, we’re looking to increase representation for our clients as soon as possible! Our nationally recognized clients want us to expand into 3 new markets before the end of the year, so we have multiple openings available.
We’re looking for experienced or inexperienced client representatives, especially those looking for an immediate start. Full product training and on-site coaching is provided, so people with minimal customer service experience are still welcome to apply.
CLIENT REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Representing our clients to the general public face to face
• Answering general customer queries and completing new customer registrations
• Relating to customers concerns and handling their objections
In addition to customer service responsibilities, you will learn basic marketing and sales techniques, client relations skills and enhance your leadership abilities. We choose to represent our clients in a way that produces the most consistent results. By speaking with them face to face, we are able to make sure they fully understand their options and are happy with their decision.
You will be working independently and as part of a team and need to be at least 18 years of age to represent clients. Advancement opportunities will become available to top performers as we continue to grow. Hours can be flexible and payment terms will be discussed during your interview.
