An opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Manager at our Pontefract Ferry Bridge Travelodge. As a hotel manager at Travelodge you will be responsible for the day to day running of this 35 bedroom hotel, you will be effectively leading your team to maximise sales and profit. Your role will include maintaining brand standards and driving great customer service.

Skills/Experience required as Hotel Manager:

• GCSE's or equivalent in Maths and English
• Full Driving Licence
• Fully flexible on hours and able to work early shifts, late shifts and regular weekends.
• Passionate about customer service
• Team player and able to work on own initiative
• Proven people management experience
• Commercially aware and able to manage budgets and control costs (Ideally experience of managing P&L)
• Target driven
• Customer facing background
• Proven planning and organising skills

This opportunity would be ideal for someone with assistant manager or hotel manager experience. Full training will be provided.
