Overseeing a Restaurant with 300 covers and the 2 bar areas
This is an amazing opportunity for a talented and ambitious Restaurant and Bar Manager to join this Leisure Company which has a large Hotel on site, which is high volume but known for fast, exceptional service.
The role for Restaurant and Bar Manager will involve overseeing the day to day operation of a very busy restaurant and 2 large bars, you will manage 4 assistant manager's, 6 supervisors and a large team of floor staff. As Restaurant and Bar Manager you will oversee all training, recruitment and development of the team. This restaurant consists of 300 covers and it serves beautiful Modern British cuisine in a family dining environment.
The role would suit a Restaurant and Bar Manager with good food experience with a proven track record, having worked in high volume establishments. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for service, food, lots of flair and creativity. You will be financially astute and have exceptional inter-personal, management and organizational skills.
