The Job:
You will be an experienced Housekeeper from a quality background. You will be responsible for running the department, managing staff and ensuring the high standards are achieved and exceeded. You will need to be hands on, cleaning, as well as checking all guest accomodation.
The Person:
Our client is looking for someone with dedication and drive to succeed with a very high attention to detail and able to work hard under pressure, multi tasking and dealing with both guests and employees. You should have strategic management experience and be aware of business needs through out the year. You should be able to manage budgets and have excellent time management skills. You should be experienced and come from a high quality environment. You will be communicative, hard working and able to lead by example.
