House Keeping Supervisor £6 - £7.00 per hour dependant on experience Portsmouth
Our client, one of the most successful growing international chain of hotels is currently seeking a temporary Housekeeping Supervisor. It is essential that you have experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in the 4 or 5
Hotel Sector with superb organizational & man-management skills with the ability to motivate the team.
The Role: You will ensure all bedrooms, guest areas; storerooms & services areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance & comfort. Ensure all housekeeping staff are trained to keep to the standard laid down by the Hotel. Managing a team of 19 house keepers. Be aware of and comply with safe working practices as laid down under the Health and Safety Act Ensure that any accidents are reported immediately in accordance with correct procedures Attend Statutory training and to be fully conversant with & abide by all rules concerning Fire, Health & Safety. Communicate with & support other departments Attend any department training sessions and/ or meetings when required Assist in training & development of colleagues as required. Ensure that service & standards are maintained to the highest level of hotel policy
The person: Excellent communication skills. Supervising experience. A Strong leader with exceptional organisational and customer care skills.
