My client is well established within the housing arena and they are offering an exciting opportunity for a housing customer support advisor. You will gain excellent training and progression opportunities within this company.
They are currently looking to employee experienced housing customer support staff.
Essential skills that are required for the role:
- Knowledge of support needs of vulnerable people
- Experience of delivering a customer care service
- Effective interpersonal skills to enable relationships to be built on all levels
- Effective oral and written communication with the ability to write concise, coherent reports/file notes
- Knowledge or awareness of current legislation or government initiatives relating to supporting people, Welfare Benefits, Issues of confidentiality, Equal Opportunites, diversity, protection from abuse, lone working, risk management and health and safety
- Proven ability to work independently
