Housing officer Jobs are available in a number of our Council / Local Authority clients throughout the Wales, particularly in Carmarthen, Cardiff and Swansea.
My Client urgently seeks an experienced Housing Officer for this full time contract for approx. 2 months with the possibility of extension.
Based in Carmarthen, you will be responsible for the generic housing management of a small patch of properties, including void inspections, reporting repairs, housing allocations, ASB and rent arrear management.
Previous Housing Management experience is essential for this post, as is an enhanced CRB check and access to a car.
