We are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer for a temporary full time post based in Ealing.
You will be required to manage a patch of approx 150 leased properties, therefore previous experience of carrying out property inspections, tenancy management and rent collection is essential.
Candidates must have a current CRB check for an immediate start, a clean driving licence and access to transport as 50% of work undertaken will be spent inspecting voids.
We can offer excellent rates of pay of up to £19.37 per hour in return for your skills and experience.
