They are looking for a Senior Human Factors Consultant responsible for the management of work packages and performance of Human Factor assessment work, task analysis, ergonomic assessment and human reliability analysis. The role is based in the Lancashire area and carries a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 plus benefits.

You will have a BSc in Ergonomics, Psychology, Applied or Occupational Psychology or a relevant engineering/scientific degree and an MSc in Ergonomics, Psychology or Human Factors.
You will also have good report writing skills and experience within either the Rail or Nuclear domains would be of great benefit.
To be successful in this role you will already have an understanding of a broad range of human factors principles and methods, and their role and application within various industries.
