Our client, a National Environmental and plant deep clean organisation specialising in the Food & Beverage sectors, require an experienced Hygiene Contract Manager to join the team at their operation in Leicestershire.
This is an indepth role encompassing environmental and plant cleaning, end of run and special cleans. Managing a team of up to 18 heads you will be responsible for the delivery of the contract clean but also pest control and maintenance. The client places a heavy reliance on this Manager in the external Audit process so experience of this field is necessary. You will be experienced in the production and implementation of cleaning schedules and risk assessments therefore a high level of IT literacy required.
This a weekend heavy operation with the manager expected work generally a Thursday to Monday shift with flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business. The shifts are 6am - 2pm Thursday, Friday and Monday and 6am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday. Immediate interview available.
