Our Client, a national environmental, deep and plant cleaning orgainsation specialising in the food industry, require an experienced Contract Manager to join the team at a high profile brand food production facility.
Responsible for 2 x senior supervisors and up to 30 Hygiene Operatives operating a mainly weekend biased shift operation Thursday to Monday. This is a varied and in depth contract with responsibility for environmental cleans, production machine cleans, end of production run, planned and special cleans. With excellent communication and customer facing skills, you will be organised and IT literate with excellent people management skills and the ability to plan the contract, motivate and lead the team from the front.
Previous experience of Hygiene Management within an in house or 3rd party contract clean food environment is essential.
