Hygiene Manager - Leicestershire - LE - £30k - £35k
This highly successful food manufacturer with an outstanding reputation for quality requires a Hygiene Manager to lead and motivate the department. The company has an outstanding track record of success with industry leading products.
The Role
Reporting to the Technical Manager the requirement will be to lead and motivate the Hygiene department in achieving its targets and continuously improving standards within a dynamic 24/7 environment.
As the hygiene Manager you will responsible for the following:
- Implementation and maintenance of the hygiene strategy
- Over viewing maintenance and efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with COSHH and Health & Safety requirements.
- The weekly planning and monthly cleaning schedule
The Ideal Hygiene Manager will have:-
- A food or environmental qualification together with knowledge of food and safety, COSHH and health and safety.
- Excellent communication skills to be able to operate cross functional
