Our client is a leading supplier of Food and ambient goods in the UK with an increasing range of products in their portfolio. They are looking to recruit a Hygiene Manager to work within their high-speed production facility.
Managing a team of 12 hygiene operatives across different shift patterns, you will ensure the plant maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene to meet the regulations demanded by law and the customers. Strong man-management skills and experience is absolutely essential for the role, along with at least 3 years working as a Hygiene Manager in a food production facility.
You will be a strong minded person, this role requires someone to be very hands on. Will have good experience as a Hygiene Manager in a chilled or or frozen Food Manufacturing environment. Well organised and able to plan effective coverage around production. Will need to be flexible with good communication and training skills.
The role comes with 5% pension, hoildays as benefits.
please note this is a night shift role working sunday to thursday 10pm to 6am.
