IFA - Derby based Independent Financial Advisers -- salary £30k with expenses
Company
An opportunity has arisen for experienced Independent Financial Advisors to join a small established IFA directly regulated by FSA with a commitment to remain independent and a focus to allow for advisors to operate in an environment that will support true independent non bias advice without the pressure of a continuous commission income target. All RDR TCF issues have been embraced by the company to allow moving forward for advisors to work within the system that is not facing any sudden changes or threats. The systems in place are advisor friendly with minimum paperwork to allow maximum time with the client. The employment structure allows for career progression by increase in basic to negotiate level along with a role that is purely client service without any target. Full paraplanning support.
Role
The ideal candidate must have minimum full FPC but preferably a bit more.
At least 5 years IFA experience.
Twice monthly visits to the office in Derby
Candidate skills
You must also have strong communications skills. At least 5 years IFA experience with absolute minimum full FPC or more.
Someone who has built up a client bank with strong relationships.
Preferably with years of experience behind them.
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to be considered for this role.
Package
£30k with expenses
