Basic plus UNCAPPED COMMISSION (OTE +£35k) plus company benefits
Due to continued growth and success Carcraft have an excellent opportunity to join our highly successful team based at Sheffield as a Finance & Insurance Advisor / Aftersales Advisor.
You will deal with customers who have already purchased a vehicle and offer, advise and sell additional financial, insurance and additional products. You will deal with customers on a face to face basis so confidence and great communication skills are key to this role.

Sales experience is essential and experience of working within an FSA regulated environment would be ideal although not essential and we would welcome experience and transferable skills from the following industry's; call centre sales, targeted sales, face to face sales, general banking or insurance experience, door to door sales, mobile phone or telecoms sales, business development, account management, banking or any FSA regulated environment..
What is also important to us is the right attitude. We are looking for money motivated and results driven individuals who are customer focused yet hungry for the sale and thrive on a fast paced sales environment.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager this is an extremely rewarding role where your hard work will not go un-noticed, you will be given the opportunity to develop and carve a successful career in sales and you will be rewarded financially for all your hard work.
The site is operational Monday - Friday9am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 7pm and Sunday 10am - 6pm so flexibility to work between these hours. You will work a 5 day week including weekends.
