Regional HR Advisor – Resourcing
Salary £28,000 plus car
Temporary Position with potential permanent opportunity
Office Location – Middlesex
Region – London, Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, Dorset

HR Advisor - Role Description
Working extremely closely with the management team, as the HR Advisor – Resourcing, you will provide a visible and pro-active resourcing service to your client base and manage clearly identified projects and achieve results. This role is critical to the company expansion plans – the right people need to be recruited within identified timeframes. .
In addition you will be supporting day to day employee relations issues such as performance management, grievance disciplinaries, advising on absence.
HR Advisor- Skills and Experience
·You must have experience of a fast paced industry – without this we regret we will not be able to consider your application
·Previously worked for a company in a HR Advisor role for a large organisation having worked in a high volume recruitment and employee relations environment.
·You must have a strong commercial background and have worked in a fast paced multi-site environment.
·You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in HR.
·Volume recruitment experience.
