Recruitment Advisor - Role Description
·Work extremely closely with the management team
·You will provide a visible and pro-active resourcing service to your client base and manage clearly identified projects and achieve results.
·This role is critical to the company expansion plans – the right people need to be recruited within identified timeframes.
·Supporting and advising line managers on the best resourcing options and methods and assisting them with the process
·Manage the end to end recruitment for arrange of vacancies
·Compiling job descriptions
·Advertise vacancies, manage on line applications, field applications, interview, manage offers.
Recruitment Advisor - Skills and Experience
·You must have experience of high volume recruitment – managing a minimum of 20 vacancies at a time -which must be clearly detailed on your cv or covering note
·In house or agency background will be considered
·You must have a strong commercial background and have worked in a fast paced environment.
·You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in Recruitment.
