Salary £28-30,000 + Strong Uncapped OTE / Pension / Health / Free Parking
Our client is a Global IT Solutions organisation offering a range of Products & Services to an expanding portfolio of clients within the B2B marketplace.
They are now looking for a highly capable B2B Internal Sales Executive to be part of their ongoing investment and exciting growth strategy and join a successful, high performing team.
You will be responsible for managing and developing New & Ongoing Customer Relationships, Maintaining and Growing Revenue to increase customer loyalty within the Business to Business Segment.
The successful Applicant will have a proven ability and track record of New Business / Account Development within the IT marketplace and have experience of building strong relationships with decision makers.
Key Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Responsible for regular New Business / Account Development to generate further growth and revenue.
- Ensure the advancement and closure of opportunities through effective Contract Management.
- Manage the Customer Satisfaction of new and existing Customer Accounts through effective and timely communication, ownership and escalation for resolution of Service Related issues.
Key Skills & Experience required:
- MUST HAVE a Minimum 12 months successful previous New Business Sales / Account Management Sales experience within the IT sector.
- Proven record of selling a Portfolio of Products & Services in a Business-to-Business marketplace.
- Excellent Communication Skills and Strong Telephone manner.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to work in a Team & Build Rapport.
- Previous experience in a role that is primarily focused on achieving Targets in a Sales environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
