INTERNATIONAL RESERVATIONS CONSULTANT
An international
reservations consultant is required to join a leading independent company who
specialise in providing attractions and accommodation to London. As a
reservations consultant your overall objective will see you delivering
excellent customer service to business partners at all times, and to process
all incoming reservations in line with brand standards and policies. This will
see the successful reservations consultant being given training to maintain excellent
product knowledge, to be fully familiar with all operational procedures and
commercial agreements in place for all clients and help give you the tools to
create and build strong working relationships with clients at all levels, to
increase client loyalty and grow the business. You will handle all incoming
complaints in accordance with company policy and always deliver the best in
customer service, aiming to exceed client's expectations. You will process
bookings via phone, email or fax, converting sales calls and sell at maximum
possible profit margins whilst buying stock at the best possible price to
maximum profit margin. You will communicate to supervisors/managers all
relevant customer feedback, particularly in the areas of pricing, products and services,
to help facilitate on-going improvements in services and prices and continuous
improvement. The successful reservations consultant will have excellent
communication skills, and will preferably possess one other Western European
Language, be committed to delivering excellent customer service, with a strong
telephone manner and have experience of working in a reservations or customer
focused environment.
