IS Security & Licencing Manager, Manchester, North West England.
Our client is a multi site retail operation with a head office in the North West. They are currently looking to recruit an IS Licencing and Security Manager who will be responsible for the both the strategic planning and the successful implementation of IT security including data protection.
The role will be responsible for procurement of external security resource where appropriate as well as managing all software licencing across the business.
The ideal candidate will be both technical and commercial in their skill set, having both an excellent hands on understanding of IT security for an organisation of this level and the commercial acumen to manage the licencing / security contracts for a number of external suppliers.
In depth knowledge of IT security asset management and monitoring tools is essential. Industry accreditations such as CISSP or CISM are advantageous.
You will be a team player but also capable of working under your own initiative.
