SERVICE ACCOUNT MANAGER

Our Client is a highly successful National IT Company, providing Business ready technology to small and growing Businesses are looking for a SERVICE ACCOUNT MANAGER.The company is passionate about delivering first class services by building relationships on trust, respect and mutual understanding. The purpose of this role is to develop and maintain optimum levels of customer satisfaction, retention and development through the effective management and professional service delivery to a portfolio of selected high-end customers
Managing a Customer Base your role will be to work with each customer ensuring their needs and expectations are met, this will include regular service reviews around maintenance, incident reviews and product and service detail.You will undertake research and develop and cultivate Customers to understand their business needs, competitors and expectations.You will provide ongoing support to Sales Account Managers which will include the creation of Customer service plans and maintaining strategic direction for existing relationships.
Suitable candidates will have experience of managing and developing high end accounts in a B2B environment have conducted Customer facing meetings at Senior level, have previous customer relationship management experience and good project Management skills.You will be well used to working within time and budget restraints have excellent commercial acumen, have an understanding of IT issues, ITIL awareness and a full driving licence.
Previous experience working in the IT/Telecom sector and Customer Service qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
