An exciting opportunity to join a local organisation that has a large UK presence and is ever expanding.
The company are looking to recruit an I.T Help Desk Administrator. The role is a busy role, to support regional support engineers as appropriate, logging all calls that are taken.
The helpdesk role will be to provide 1 st line and 2 nd line support. The successful candidate requires excellent analytical skills, to be very accurate and have the desire to problem solve and use initiative, if the same problem occurs then thoroughly research and investigate why the problem is occurring.
