As a result of up and coming growth, this leading IT recruitment agency with an established track record in the project management and business analyst sectors is looking to expand their team to continue their success in this lucrative market. The company are targeting to develop four Consultants to Team Leader within the next 18 months and offer exceptional training and Investor in People working standards.

Working within fantastic and funky City Centre offices, you will be a commercially savvy business developer who enjoys networking, building relationships and delivering exceptional standards.Working for a leading independent specialist with exceptional training, PR and marketing support and a fantastic brand you will be a natural self promoter and enjoy hard work and stepping up to deliver an excellent service to everyone you come into contact with.
Due to the high demand of their client base you will inherit an existing candidate and client database to ensure that you are making money quickly and have a great reason to move in this market.
Placing Project Management and Business Analyst professionals throughout the South West you will focus on either a contract or permanents desk based on your experience.Perm roles are typically on salaries of £40k - £120k with contract day rates of £350 - £800 with typical perm fees of £8.5k and contractor margins of £100 a day.
In line with market growth you will have the scope to recruit in your division based on it’s growth and have the opportunity to mentor and work towards a Team Leader role if you are looking to develop in that route. Otherwise, like other successful Consultants within this company, if you enjoy just billing then you have the luxury of an exceptional commission structure that will reward your hard work well without any extra responsibility.Commission is paid monthly, has no threshold and starts at 15% of your billings, going up in increments to 20%. In addition to this you will be awarded a car allowance based on consistent billings which ranges from £3k - £6k a year. Targeted incentives such as skiing trips, holidays in New York and Dubai are rewarded based on annual billings and spot prizes are awarded in the office on an ongoing basis – anything from ipods to digital cameras!
Suitable candidates will currently be working in recruitment and perhaps want a role within a more interesting market or go to a less rigid company with a focus on service and the people within the team. You will be a good consistent biller and possess the gravitas and relationship management skills required to work closely with and develop existing and lapsed relationships to ensure you have exclusive access to all requirements. All sectors of agency recruitment will be considered, though ideally someone who has recruited within the IT sector would be advantageous.
