Working for a well know Multi-Sector Agency based just outside Liverpool (5 minutes from the City Centre)
Basic salary £24,000-£28,000 plus excellent commission structure, rapid career progression, free onsite car parking, health care and many more benefits!!
My Client is a provider of both Contract and Perm vacancies to both large corporate and SME businesses.
This is a 360 role for an experienced Recruiter (open to sector) you will be trained in to deliver exceptional results as a ‘full cycle’ recruitment consultant incorporating all aspects of candidate generation through to business development and delivery.
You will be offered on the job coaching working closely with your line manager, you will be enabled to develop your skills and experience feedback from the live recruitment environment.
The training provided incorporates the most proven IT recruitment tactics and dynamic sales techniques designed to give you all the skills to make a full cycle consultant.
You must be an experienced recruiter! Ideally within IT but we will look at other professional markets also you MUST have hunger and determination to succeed in a Recruitment sales environment and have proven skills and achievements, you MUST possess tenacity, be goal motivated, articulate, proactive and possess a positive mental attitude and strong work ethic. You will also need excellent communication and all round interpersonal skills
