£20k - £25k Basic + Commission (up to 25% uncapped) + Pension + Flexible Benefits including Gym, Free Parking and Blackberry.
Due to the expansion in the IT recruitment division of this leading recruitment agency in Reading city centre the opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruiter to join the fast paced, competitive and successful team to push the business forward and develop their career path.
Working as part of a competitive, successful team you will be a strong sales person with the drive and determination to step up and deliver in a tough yet rewarding market.
You will be rewarded with an exceptional commission structure paying up to 25% of your billings and a flexible benefits package at one year’s service, including gym, free parking and a Blackberry.
Suitable candidates will currently be in recruitment and enjoy winning and delivering new business within a fast paced environment, if not currently in technical recruitment you will be looking to get into a niche market where hard work and recognition will be rewarded with a generous package.
The scope is available to move towards Senior Consultant and Team Leader roles within the business as you will be given a specific vertical market to concentrate on to ensure that you have a strong hold on your market and the best chance of succeeding. One such Consultant worked their way up to management and is now heading up a team of 22 in their London office, internal promotion is their preferred method of recruiting into senior roles and is evident in their current structure.
You will be supported by a strong management team, a great brand name and an excellent training plan to ensure you have every chance of making a success of your role.
