Role
Our client, a national brand who has a strong presence in the IT market seeks the services of an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant. You will be working within an established and supportive team who have strong client relationships and an ongoing desire to be the market leader.
Team work is encouraged and the commission structure offered combines a team and individual component.
The existing team is exceeding budget and have been rewarded with an increase in head count. This role is therefore available due to natural growth.
You will inherit a warm desk offering a combination of existing clients plus 2-3 clients who preferred supplier agreements are in place with. Depending on your level of experience and area of expertise you'll have the opportunity to recruit within the following areas;
- C++
- Development
- Programming
- SAP
- JAVA
- Oracle
- Infrastructure
- .net
From a business perspective this allows you to hit the ground running and start recruiting and earning commission relatively quickly.
Ongoing training and career progression is offered plus the opportunity to work abroad should you wish.
Individual
You will have 2-3 years HR recruitment experience.
You are a self starter who has strong communication skills, a desire to succeed and the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.
