Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant. Candidates will need to have experience of recruiting within the IT sector.
Our client recruits staff exclusively in the IT sector, providing the services of permanent, contractor and other flexible outsourced solutions. They provide high quality services for clients across the UK and Europe.
DUTIES
To identify, open and develop new and existing client opportunities in a pro active sales environment.
To develop excellent working relationships with both candidates and clients
To achieve set targets and objectives
Responsible for identifying and developing relationships with prospective clients both over the telephone and face to face
Responsible for the identification of suitable candidates to the clients requirements, this will include headhunting and candidate interviewing.
Responsible for negotiating terms and conditions of business
Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Strong telephone and face to face sales skills (questioning, objection handling, negotiation and persuasion skills)
Ability to perform under pressure
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
High level of initiative
Excellent Business Development skills
Accuracy to detail
Commitment to achieve set objectives
Good team player
Ability to perform under pressure
Highly motivated.
The company will pay a basic salary up to £35000 depending upon experience and a straight 20% commission on all sales.
