IT Recruitment Manager
Gente are currently working with a one of the UK's largest independently owned recruitment organisations who are looking to expand various divisions, one being their IT / Telecoms division in the city of London. They require an established successful billing consultant to manage an IT division for the South of England and ultimately set up, recruit and manage a team of consultants. .
This organisation really does pay very exceptional basic salaries and a commission structure that is one of the most competitive in the industry. They really suit consultants that are attracted to high earnings and that are highly money motivated.
They also give their consultants freedom to develop and would not suit people that need to be micro managed. In no way are they a "hire and fire" outfit. They have a very "Adult" attitude and environment. Through their success they also obviously have the tools and infrastructure to make new divisions work.
IT / Telecoms experience can be in any discipline but to be considered for this role you must be billing over £200k per year
