Due to increased demands my established blue-chip IT Recruitment client are looking to appoint an experienced IT Recruitment Team Leader to join their growing Permanent division. As the ideal candidate you’ll demonstrate a strong background in Permanent IT Recruitment, where you have worked a mixture of new business development and account management. This role will involve you stepping in to the shoes of another team leader and leading from the front, as well as working in billing capacity, motivating, driving and mentoring a team of 5 Permanent new business consultants. You’ll need to be a well organised, with strong people skills to grow in this role as a Team Leader to eventually become a divisional manager. Excellent long term prospects for personal development and unlimited / uncapped earning potential.
