As the sales manager you will be responsible for the sales function within the Surrey office. You will be responsible for all the sales and business activity of the SMB and Corporate sectors of the company. The current sales function is comprised of field based senior account managers, telesales Executives, and a team of customer services representatives. There are also marketing and Direct Mailing staff at your disposal to be used to design/run specific campaigns.
You will be involved in all aspects of the business including the interviewing and hiring of new staff, as well as training, up-skilling, monitoring performance against KPI’s, disciplining against poor performances, helping with closing difficult deals.
You will report team performances directly to the directors of the company and also be responsible for creating pay plans for the company, and business objectives for the sales team. You may be asked to be responsible for the account management of some of the largest house accounts and have a hands on role in new business development.
