A pharmaceutical company based in Stroud is looking for an experienced IT Support Assistant, who will act as an assistant to the Business Services Manager, providing a support / helpdesk function to analyse, diagnose and provide solutions for IT related issues.
You will need to have previous experience in installing and configuring hardware and software and systems and over 2years experience in using SQL.
You will also be involved in assisting in project work with an aim to improving the efficiency of the Company through utilising IT.
Requirements:
You must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of Windows XP. A working knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Reporting Services would also be an advantage. However, strong communication skills, a methodical approach and technical aptitude are essential.
