IT SUPPORT ENGINEER / 1ST LINE / 2ND LINE SUPPORT / WINDOWS 2003 SERVER, EXCHANGE, CITRIX, MCP MCSE CCA CCEA, LAN WAN TERMINAL SERVICES / APPLE MAC / WEST YORKSHIRE / LEEDS / HUDDERSFIELD / BRADFORD / HALIFAX / WAKEFIELD. This is a great opportunity to work as an IT Helpdesk Support Engineer for a leading IT Services company. As an IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for the day to day support of the company’s external customers. You will have good all round knowledge of the Windows suite (Windows 2003 server, AD, Exchange, Terminal Services) and good experience of working with Citrix (ideally MCP, MCSE or CCA qualified). In addition to this you will also have good experience of working with LAN / WAN networking and network protocols (TCP/IP). You will have extensive experience of working with external users with very strong customer facing skills, and therefore a strong communicator.
