Our client is a leader in the electronics field who has been going from strength to strength, they are now looking
for a IT Systems Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
Duties of the role will include
Maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure
Developing and supporting key business applications
Providing support to the users of the systems and application
Supporting users to enable them to accomplish tasks themselves
Developing a vision of what should be available from the systems in order to support the business more effectively
Ensuring that you have a good working knowledge of the systems throughout the company
You will need to have
MCSE or equivalent certificate
Competent programming and business application development skills
A proven background within a role supporting application file and print server infrastructure across multiple sites
Programming experience both in business application and web facing areas
Excellent communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Have an analytical approach to problem solving
