Our client, a leading bluechip company requires a IT Trainer to join its team. The role will require extensive travelling across the middle east.
Candidates require a bachelor degree majored in computer science or equivalent
Work experience: 3 years or more work experience with storage and storage technologies including good knowledge of SAN/NAS etc, network security devices and software such as firewalls, VPN, UTM and routers etc. Experience in technical training for over 2 years; or 2.5 years of technical support and half a year technical training work experience. Knowledge of data communications would be a distinct advantage.
Required knowledge and skills:
Ability to acquire a sound knowledge of the architecture and marketplace of product lines, and understand the responsibilities and evaluation criteria of training instructors;
Familiarity with training courses, regulations and relevant technical specifications related to products and product lines;
Sound knowledge of enterprise computing requirements and where target products are positioned in the data center;
Excellent knowledge of industry and de-facto standards and architectures for target products;
Skilled in using office automation systems and the Internet.
Professional/Technical qualification grade: level 2 for technical training or level 2 for technical support.
