My fantastic Soho based client are looking to appoint 2 well rounded recruitment consultants. Based at the heart of the most cosmopolitan area, my client are thriving and as a result are looking to expand their brand further. They are not KPI driven, with their approach to work being only quality driven; offering all the support you need to succeed.
They need well educated individuals with gravitas and a smart approach to work. Their first position is within their sales recruitment division, and for this you are required to have IT/Software Sales Recruitment, or Media Sales recruitment experience.
They are also looking for an IT Recruitment Consultant with a focus on Digital Media or E-Commerce.
This is a mature, quality driven environment so anyone looking for the “boiler room” mentality would not suit this business. They are consultative in their approach and as a result have recognised growth year on year.
They are renowned for looking after all their staff, with their most recent treat being sky diving for the whole company (for those who were too scared, they were able to watch)!!
Salary is £30-35,000.
