Job Title:
 ITC First Line Support (Helpdesk)

Location:
Leeds, West Yorkshire

Job Purpose: 

Provision of 1st and 2nd line ITC support for the group business.

Initial contact for all day-to-day ITC queries/problems, resolving or referring as appropriate.

Key Tasks:

-To be responsible for logging all ITC queries in accordance with the Firm’s protocols.

-To be responsible for promptly responding to resolving/referring queries received.

-To liaise with Team Leader and ITC Network Manager to ensure all system developments/enhancements are understood and actioned.

-To provide assistance with ITC projects as directed by the ITC Director.

-To set up telephone networks for users as instructed.

-Resolve hardware issues as appropriate.

-Provide first line support for Case Management Systems.

-Create and Manage user accounts.

-To build, install and maintain Laptop and PC systems across the network.

- Ensure proactively contribute to the business objectives and meet targets and objectives as agreed.

Education/ Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ITC systems knowledge and experience
- Case Management experience diresable
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
